Owner

Will has over 20 years’ experience in Gas, Oil, LPG Heating & Plumbing. He has a particular interest and passion in troublesome Boilers and has expert knowledge on heating systems. He is also a Bathroom Design Specialist. Will regularly attends training courses to ensure his knowledge of the industry and the latest products is always current. He heads up our team of Heating & Plumbing Engineers. He is available for quotations or to discuss any queries you may have in relation to your domestic heating or plumbing.

Francesca is the driving force behind the team and is responsible for running the administration Office.

She is the friendly voice on the end of the phone, happy to provide our customers with a high level of service and care.

Dawn is a wonderful addition to the team and she brings with her an extremely high level of customer service and care.
